Mansour is a doctor-led men's longevity service operated by Plato Tech (UAE Reg Nr: 47018565), Founders HQ, One Central, Trade Center St, Dubai, UAE. In this policy, "Mansour", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Plato Tech operating the Mansour service.

We are the data controller for the personal information described below. Telehealth services are delivered under DHA, DoH and MOHAP frameworks by licensed clinicians.

Account & contact details: name, email, phone number, and language preference.

Health information: the answers in your private assessment, symptoms you share, lab and biomarker results from your Baseline, wearable trends (sleep, recovery, heart rate, activity), and any treatment or prescription history.

Payment & billing details, processed by our payment partners — we do not store full card numbers.

Usage data: device, app and site interactions, used to improve the experience.

To let a licensed doctor review your case and decide whether treatment is appropriate.

To provide, personalise and follow up on your care — including your Mansour Age Score, 90-day retesting and refills.

To process orders, fulfil prescriptions through licensed pharmacies, and arrange home blood draws and deliveries.

To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations as a healthcare provider.

Discretion is core to Mansour. Packaging is unmarked, card statements show a neutral descriptor, and only your treating clinical team can access your medical file.

Wearable data supports wellness tracking and trend analysis only. It is never used as a standalone diagnostic device — medical decisions are always made by a licensed doctor.

We share information only with the licensed doctors and pharmacies involved in your care, our vetted service providers (e.g. labs, delivery, payments, cloud hosting) under contract, and authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal or health information. Ever.

We keep medical records for the period required by UAE healthcare regulations, and other data only for as long as needed for the purposes above.

We protect your information with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (subject to medical record-keeping obligations).
